Height Trumps Design
I have two pm houses up . . . A T-14 at 21' and a 24 apt alluminum house at 35'. There is no obvious reason why the T-14 is being ignored except for the height. Martins are all over the house at 35' and have been on the T-14 only a couple of times. Any comments?

Had a purple martin colony for several years but have not had them for the past 2 years. Would like to get them back.
